PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION PRIOR TO COMPLETING YOUR BOOKING. 

Dear VIP Attendees,
Congratulations on being choose to attend Offset Show 2025, at the Royal Cornwall Events Centre! We cannot wait to welcome you to the Southwest's Premier Automotive Event.

Please note, you will only have been sent a link to this product after having email correspondence with one of our team. This means we can ensure all of our VIP car owners are fully aware of the rules & regulations regarding attending Offset Show 2025. 

By completing your booking, you will automatically agree to the following information. Please read everything very clearly, to ensure the weekend runs as smoothly as possible for both us and yourselves! Thank you again for choosing to attend Cornwall's Biggest Automotive Event!

ARRIVAL TIMES - MANDATORY

• INDOOR CARS: Saturday 26th April, 1pm - 5pm.
• THE PADDOCK: Saturday 26th April, 9am - 4pm OR Sunday, 7am - 9:30am.
  
  

REFUNDS

All passes are NON-REFUNDABLE. All passes are sent out via "Royal Mail tracked". Once we have shipped your entry passes, and can prove that we have done so, they are no longer our responsibility. If they do not arrive, we will do our best to still gain you entry to the event. Please note, if your passes do not arrive and you cannot attend, they are still non-refundable.

EVENT RULES

• Wristbands Must Be Worn to Gain Entry to the Event and Not Removed & not until the Event Concludes.
• Indoor Cars Must Remain in Place Until the Event Concludes.
• There Will Be No Access to the Hall After 5:30pm on Saturday 26th April, & do Not Leave Anything in Your Car That You May Need.
• Cars Must Remain Off Until the Event Concludes. No Revving!
• Only Gold Wristbands Will Be Able to Access the Hall Prior to 10am on Sunday 27th April.
• No Wheel Spins, Revving, Dangerous Driving or Anti-social Behaviour.
  
  

TRAVEL ROUTE

If you are travelling from Devon upwards, we’d recommend travelling on the “A30” until “Highgate Hill” roundabout, and then following the “A39” to “Wadebridge”. The route provided by google maps and/or Waze will not be appropriate.
