VIP AREAS: INDOOR HALL & OUTDOOR SHOW PADDOCK

Join us for Cornwall's Biggest Automotive Event & the Southwest's Premier Car Show. With standards increasing year-on-year, we cannot wait to see what all of your builds look like for the 2025 show season! We have extremely limited VIP space and once spaces are gone, they're gone! Get your applications sent in now!
APPLICATION RULES
Apply for the Offset Show Indoor Exhibition Hall, Premium Outdoor Show Paddock & ALL-NEW VIP Classics Area on SUNDAY 27TH APRIL 2025 - Royal Cornwall Events Centre, PL27 7JE.
We've some set rules for applying:
1. We cannot accept any 'projects' or vehicles that 'will be finished in time for the show'. Please apply when you vehicle is ready to show.
2. All vehicles selected to be within the Exhibition Hall must arrive in between 12pm - 5pm on Saturday 26th of April. Saturday Arrival is Mandatory for the Indoor Hall. All cars selected to be within the Premium Outdoor Paddock must arrive by 8:30am on Sunday 27th of April. Saturday Arrival is optional but recommended for the Outdoor Paddock.
3. On the day of the show your vehicle must be in place until 5pm on Sunday 27th April.
4. There will be a choice of free-to-use or pre-book wash areas available on the Saturday. All cars must be fully dry before going in the hall.
5. If you were a VIP Car for Offset Show 2024, you're more than welcome to apply for Offset Show 2025. However, cars with significant changes from previous appearances, as well as cars that haven't been accepted before, will take priority placement. This keeps the show fresh and avoids the "same cars as last year" vibe.

- If you are accepted for our Indoor VIP Hall, you are required to arrive on Saturday 26th April from 12pm - 5pm. Please do not arrive early unless you are booked in for a car-wash.
- Passengers can enter within cars on show. Passenger tickets can be purchased online here or upon arrival.

Send an email to offsetshowapplications@gmail.com containing all of the below information. We need a full spec list including:
• Your Instagram username if used for your car
• Vehicle Make, Model, Year
• Engine Mods
• Suspension & Handling
• Wheels & Tyres
• Interior
• Paint & Wrap
• Bodywork & Body-kits
• Any other modifications
• Awards from other events
• Any future mods to be completed by end of March 2025
We will check-in on the progress prior to accepting your vehicle.
You must include a minimum of 6 up-to-date images as well as all the required information above. The more you tell us about your vehicle the faster we can process your application. Please note, the images you submit may be used on social media or other forms of advertising. By submitting these images you accept that we are allowed to use them, on behalf of the photographer that took them.
All applications will be processed soon. If you see other people receiving a response, please do not panic, we will get back to everybody who applies. Please do not apply multiple times.
Please note, we understand everybody wants to be within a premium show zone. Please remember we have limited space within these zones and as much as we'd love to we cannot accept everybody. If you aren't accepted for one of these two zones, you can still attend. We have unlimited Individual Show & Shine space and many club stands for you to join!
